How to get more experience?

Hello!! Basically what the title says, but I've been graduated for 3 years, and every spring/summer that I try to get a job in a classroom I'm told I don't have enough experience and they'll be going with a candidate that has more. I've subbed for two and a half years, and was a para for a year. I've also been an online tutor for 5 years, so I'm wondering what kinds of jobs and experiences I should be looking into to beef up my resume more.

Further info, I was a TA all throughout middle and high school, completed an elementary ed endorsement, and a music ed endorsement both from Washington State Uni.

Renaming locket

Photos of Madison you haven't seen because I took them

I got to see her for the first time in Seattle on Tuesday and it was so much fun. She has such a good variety of music and the setlist was so well put together, I'll definitely be going to see her again. My favorite performance ended up being Envy The Leaves (I couldn't stop crying) but she had me on the edge of my seat the entire show.

Merch questions

Hello friends!! Im struggling to figure out what merch i want to get at the show so I'm hoping y'all can help me out 😅

How is the quality of the locket? Has anyone had any issues with it?
Is the bunny collared sweater cropped/short at all?
Is her merch true to size or should I size up? (I was AMAB so I'm worried her stuff will run small on me)

I think im currently leaning on getting the locket, either the dead to me hoodie or bunny sweater, and the poster. The only madison merch I have is a signed locked vinyl so im excited to expand my collection more, thanks for any sort of help or opinions 😊

Midnighst clock finally assembled!

This genuinely might be my favorite piece of merch now! My Dad made me a baseboard to attach the clock pieces to since I rent and never wanted to put all the screws necessary for this into an apartment wall.

PSA: unsigned vinyl

I just wanted to say I'm seeing a lot of posts about the alt cover moon flower vinyl coming without the art card. In general if you're opening anything signed make sure you record yourself opening the shipping box, and opening the vinyl on camera so you can prove it came without the art card!! Also if you're usually the type to keep a signed vinyl sealed definitely make sure it actually is signed!!
