Got to the final round of a MSL role for a big pharma. It was between me and another MSL with 10 years more experience.

Today the company contacted me for another meeting. I wasn't selected, but they were gracious enough to tell me I'm on the short list for next time and connect with them on LinkedIn. That is a victory in itself.

I plan on following up on that offer and send individualized thank you emails in a day or two but is there anything left to do afterwards for future relationship building?

I applied for a MSL role a 3 months ago for a small company. The interviews went well but about a 2 months ago they rejected saying they went with someone else. I get that's part of the job. I thanked them for the opportunity and moved on. Today I received an email, that they have a new opening they would like to fast track me for panel interviews for Tuesday and Wednesday and then a clinical presentation on Friday.

After investigating the role I found the role is the same territory, same job description and same ID code.

I appreciate the company kept me in mind, but it seems like a red flag that there is an opening so soon after the role being filled and I want to ask.

At the same time, I don't want to appear bitter. I'm not but it does feel awkward that some of the same people in my first panel interview are the same people in the second panel.

Thoughts?

I'm planning on a new campaign with my friends. The DM likes 2014 or 2024 so we are using that. A player wants to play beastmaster ranger to live the fantasy of having a companion as member of the party.

I want to play a warlock. We already have a wizard so I think tomelock is redundant. I am not playing hexblade so pact of blade is also redundant. Ignoring talisman, all that leaves is chainlock.

The beastmaster is frustrated with me because they feel like I'm preemptively overshadowing them, since the familiar will eventually offer better utility and scouting. I see their point, so I can trying to find ideas to rp to work with them, instead of competing with them.

Do you have any ideas?

I have a final interview for an MSL role in oncology in two weeks. Alongside a clinical presentation I've been asked to give a 20 minute territory plan presentation.

I think I know what the company is asking. The company wants to see how I approach the territory I'm just not sure how to present it. Is it a 30/60/90 day plan or is it a kol list or both?

Does any one have a template they can give me? Thanks.
