Got offered 125k base for a lvl 3 systems engineer (senior member of engineering staff) in New Jersey. Is this good? I countered with 145k and have a call Monday to hear if they agree or what they counter with.

Bottom line is am I being stiffed? I feel like what I asked for isn’t even their midrange for this position. Idk curious on peoples thoughts
