Anyone here learning/know sign language?

I feel like sign language would be so useful at many dance events where you don't want to talk over the music. Even if you're sitting off to the side of a dancefloor, the music is still loud and I'd love to be able to talk to people without having to yell. I also like the openness of it because anyone who knows sign language can "eavesdrop" so it invites anyone to be a part of the conversation. It's also fun to say little phrases to a friend without exchanging words and it can easily go with the natural flow. At the very least, the signs for things like water, bathroom, candy, etc are very useful. I've talked to so many people who want to learn it but they just don't have anyone to practice it. I'm the same way so I'm trying to be the change I want to see in the world! plus if people see you signing they're more likely to come up and sign with you

One of the ways I'm practicing is by learning the signs to songs that I like. I have this vision of eventually being able to dance in a way that's a mix of sign language and voguing but I have a looooong way to go. The main song I'm learning right now is Crank by Slayyyter. I'm going to a dance party in a couple weeks that will undoubtedly play that song and I really want to be able to sign to it if it comes on
