I'm confronting one of my abusers in a few days and need whatever bravery and luck I can get. I'll also take any advice for abundance and protection!

I got some saltt electrolytes, I know a lot of people love them but I personally find them a bit too salty. does anyone know how to make it test less salty? maybe warm instead of cold water, or alkaline water?? any advice would be great!
