Are a small number of elite Chinese-Thai intentionally keeping Thais uneducated and ignorant?
Does anyone else feel that once you start living in Thailand, that perhaps the inequality was purposefully designed? Like, the ruling elites (Chinese Thai) have absoluetly no desire to educate or improve the lives of native Thais. Does anyone else get this feeling or is it just me?
