Hello! Rack employee here of a few months (upwards of 4); enjoying the environment and everything around it so far, eased into everything flawlessly except for the fact that managers expect those full shoe cages that go all the way up to the ceiling (4 shoes each row, cage full back and front) fully done and on the floor within 10 minutes — and not even people that have worked at our store for over 2 years can do it within this time… I’ve been told off for it and had hours cut due to it and I was wondering if it was really possible, or something they had to enforce?
