Progress graph for 1RM

Hello! Trying to understand how this graph works. I used to do much lower weight when I started the app, Bulgarian split squats were always 40s and below. Now I’m in the 50s range but the graph hasn’t shown any increase in my strength, can someone help me understand how this works? Have I not made any progress strength wise? I’ve attached some earlier logs with one from yesterday.

Need help finding a recipe!

Hi everyone! So there was this salmon recipe I was making on repeat that I loved but now I can’t find it for the life of me! No idea which cookbook it was but it was basically salmon, pesto, breadcrumbs situation. The cookbook was a well known one so thought I’d ask if anyone knows where this might be?

Very active 5’3” woman with a TDEE around 1,350–1,400 — has anyone successfully increased theirs?

I’m 5’3” and have been consistently tracking my calories and weight with MacroFactor for about 18 months. Based on my actual intake/weight trends, my TDEE seems to be only around 1,350–1,400 calories/day.
I’m pretty active — I walk (run parts) 4.5–6 miles a day and lift heavy regularly. For reference, my Bulgarian split squats are around
90-100 lb, deadlift around 145 lb, and incline leg press is 2.5 plates per side. (8-12 rep range) My strength is also still progressively increasing.
This isn’t just based on a TDEE calculator. For example, over one several-month period I averaged 1,412 calories/day and my weight trended up rather than down. MacroFactor has also consistently estimated my expenditure around 1,350–1,450.
I’ve lost weight over the past year+, so I understand being smaller and metabolic adaptation could play a role. But I really don’t want to have to eat ~1,350 calories forever just to maintain.
Has anyone experienced this despite being active and found a way to increase their maintenance calories/TDEE without continuously gaining fat? What actually worked for you?
I’m also planning to talk to my doctor and rule out anything medical. But thyroids and insulin have tested fine.
I track eveything as well, sauces, oils, everything…
