Before and after

I usually come in to a completely clear bench so I don’t often get the satisfaction of turning chaos into order

Ah yes. We’re looking for a kitchen porter.. to do literally every other role besides cleaning dishes! Peak comedy

Has anybody here went from a huge top tier dish pit with all the bells and whistles to a 'back to basics' setup with just a sink, no sprayer and a front loader?

What was it like to adapt to a significant downgrade? Did you end up preferring it or did they eventually upgrade your station at your request? All inputs are appreciated.
