Is this skin worth the gems?

Context: in a f2p player who started playing brawl stars about 2.5 months ago, i mainly play with my lil brothers and i just genuinly enjoy the gameplay. I like having cute and cool skins so i blow through my bling as soon as i have enough to buy something, and ive also noticed gems are pretty rare so i havent spent any yet. especially not for skins or pins. However this skin for leon is soooo cool and i do play with him regularly. Is this skin worth it since its only a rare? 29 isnt that much either

(Ps: im not sure if this is allowed here or should be under the mega threat, did see some similair post so sorry if its not right <3)

TLDR: f2p player wants to know if graffiti skin is worth the 29 gems

Constant sore throat since sunday

Info:

Gender: Female

Age: 20 years

Non smoker

Medication: the pill (Ethinylestradiol/levonorgestrel)

Ive had the flu for the last couple days (ive been feeling off since june 27th but got a 39 degree fever last sunday july 5th, its been going up and down moday averaging 38 and today tuesday its come fully down to 37) and ive had a constant sore throat for 3 days. nothing ive done has helped. I did lose my voice for a few days bout a month or maybe 2 ago because i talked to much at my job as customer service desk worker.

Ive currently tried:

acetaminophen

Ibuprofen

Warm salt water

Cold water

Normal water

Tea

Honey

Sucking on frozen fruit

Putting a cold compress on the outside

Putting a warm compress on the outside

Drinking applejuice

Gargle spicy alcohol drinks

Not speaking at all for a long time

A garlic and thyme pill

This rule book suddenly appeared out of the box om top of my dresser

The dnd rulebook that i know for certain was in the dnd box inside my dresser or whatever the correct word for a little wooden bureau is. Suddenly appeared ontop of the dresser. This morning i know it wasnt there and ive been in my room a few times today but i just now noticed when looking over it was suddenly there. The box is still underneath another box inside the dressee and hasnt moved. The dresser doors were also still closed. Im so intensly confused how this is possible

How do i know wether its female or male?

Duolingo says im wrong and that its the woman who eats bread and drinks milk. How do i know or is it one of duos annoying little guessing games
