I'm considering buying a Vision Pro, but it's damn expensive and I am having difficulty justifying the expense. I have heard YouTube reviewers say that they used it for 6 months and enjoyed it/found it useful and then set it down one day and rarely (if ever) picked it up again. If I spend four figures on the device, I would not like to end up being one of those people who gives up on it after a few months/a year.
So, how many of you have owned a Vision Pro for at least a year and still use it at least once or twice a week, and find it very useful? How many of you used it in the first year and then determined that it just didn't offer meaningful value and put it away or sold it?
If you still use it often, what do you find it most useful for? Thanks
PS: I intend on using it as a virtual display for my M5 Max MacBook (and sometimes as a standalone computer), with movie and TV watching as well. I have ZERO interest in using it for any kind of gaming (not my thing at all).
I'm considering purchasing an Apple Vision Pro and one of the applications I am most expecting to use it for is as a virtual display for my MacBook Pro M5 Max. It would be great if it was suitable for doing my detailed Lightroom work, but I have no idea how capable it is in theat respect. Anyone using AVP to display their desktop running Adobe Lightroom? How well does it work? Does it match the MacBook display well?
Photographed this morning, this is 'Pink Phoenix' a hybrid I made 20+ years ago. It's from a cross of the orange miniature 'Joycie' and the OGR climber 'Fortune's Double Yellow'. This specimen is 3 years old from a cutting.
'Pink Phoenix' blooms just once a year, but it's spectacular when it does. This plant is 9 feet wide by 6 feet tall.
