2 dogs found in Columbia Heights

2 dogs found in Columbia Heights

Hi there! I’m currently at the dog park at 11th and Park, and a man came by with 2 dogs he found wandering the streets. Animal control and animal welfare told him to leave them on the street and said they couldn’t come get him, so he brought them to the park to make sure they’d be safe.

They are definitely a pair and are both playful/friendly. Posting here in the hopes of finding the owner, but also open to tips on how to handle. I really don’t want to leave them here overnight and I’m not sure how my dog would react to us bringing them home with us.

Thank you!

UPDATE: owners found! Thanks all

Workout previews? New to app!

Hi all,

I just started a 30 day trial and I'm a bit confused by the app. I have been weight lifting on and off for about 10 years and was ready to try something new. I would say I'm at an intermediate level currently.

Is there a way to preview what the workouts are like for different teams? I did the welcome workout for Evolve/Coach Samantha so I can now see this week's workouts, but I'm wondering if there are others I would like better. I'd like to figure that out before my trial ends so I can decide whether I want to stick with it. I didn't think the welcome workout was particularly indicative of what the actual workouts are like, so that felt a bit pointless.

So far Evolve seems fine, but I do enjoy some barbell work and there doesn't seem to be much. For example, right now the programming includes DB b-stance RDLs and DB goblet squats. Chest press calls for a machine. I know I can swap them out, but I wonder if there is another coach/program that is already programming this type of work that wouldn't require deviating from the assigned workouts.

Another question -- will the workouts next week be the same as this week? How often do they change? I don't love the idea of the programming changing every week. I kind of figured (like other programs I have done in the past) that it be a set program for 4-8 weeks and then change a bit/introduce new exercises.

Appreciate any insight/thoughts/advice. Thanks!
