I got an offer for a job at one of the big 5 banks in canada. its through a recruiting agency. everything went seemingly well, they offered me the position, i accepted and even my background check was cleared. I was supposed to start on monday, and this friday they are saying they have closed the role.

they havent given a clear answer to the recruitment agency, as i was told by my recruiter. he thinks someone was moved internally, but for that to happen right before the start date? what are your thoughts? anything i can do?

Now i am back to being unemployed lol
