Transition help

We bought a log house last year and it was build horribly and not maintained. We are trying to fix the transition from the tung and groove to the log wall. Any ideas how to make this look right? Thanks for the help!

Hey everyone! Looking for some pricing advice on my 1969 Globe Trotter. I’ve done some searching but the range is all over the place, so figured I’d come to the experts.
The trailer is almost completely original. The only change we made was converting the front dining area into a sleeping space, but we have all the original parts to easily convert it back. All the original cabinets and windows are intact and the windows all open. Water, electric, and septic all work and are in good shape, the fridge works, and it’s sitting on brand new tires with a solid axle.
On the downside — the exterior has been painted metallic grey. Honestly when we bought it I didn’t even realize it was painted, it blends that well. There was some Bondo work done under the paint too. The AC turns on but needs a part to actually cool. Inside there are a few water stains in places, and there’s one small section of rotted subfloor in the back, but other than that the interior is solid and original.
Trying to get a realistic idea of what this thing is worth if we decide to sell. Any input is appreciated!
