So, my body apparently cannot absorb ferrtin and iron even after 4 transfusions and no known cause of bleeding. My hematologist confirmed I have antiphospholoid lupus a slew of genetic conditions, lyme, eds and no not the popular new tok diagnosis ive suffered for over 20 years in intractable pain and my MCAS has decided to wreak daily torture on me every on pepcid zyrtec cromlyn sodium and montelukast. Im just looking for some opinions on pretty much everything considering last time I posted labs everyone talked shit saying I didn't have anemia which is now blatantly obvious after we ran labs from the 1st anemia diagnosis and now everything is worse. Please help me. I cannot continue on in the daily pain and fatigue I feel while working full time in oral surgery. I also got b12 injections and take oral b12 and live off steak and broccoli im just at my wits end.
