last week i was brought into my CIO’s office and was terminated on the spot. no warnings, no write ups, no performance plan. the reason given was poor performance. i had only received positive feedback prior. my direct manager wasn’t even there when i was terminated. it just seems really sketchy to me. even though it was an at will employer, is there anything i can do here?
