What to do with leftover olive oil from marinated veggies?

No meat touched this, so I’d like to save it somehow. Seems like a waste to just toss it.

Pulled this out of my raised vegetable bed. I had planted carrots in that spot, but they were supposed to be red carrots.

Edit: Forgot to mention that I’m in Western France.
