I have a 2018 Nissan Qashqai 1.2 petrol dig-t. The other day my radio acted up like losing radio signal then suddenly the whole infotainment system blacked out. With it, can no longer use the back up camera and 360 view. I replaced the battery since it is still stock, and then the first photo appeared. I downloaded the firmware file D605 (saw it was the latest) and then encountered a different error this time as screenshot 2. Badly need your advise. Thank you.
