A cold ruined my progress

I was making good progress on my costo, I'd say I was 50% better. And then I got a cold last week - now the cold has died down, but my chest pain is back to square one how it was since I first got costo. Has anyone else experienced this is it normal? Why would a cold even affect costo in the first place? I wasn't even coughing or sneezing, it was just a normal cold.

Now that FenlightAM and RD is gone, what is the best add on to use with TB?

Hi, I haven't really been keeping up with the news but I'm aware that FenLightAM is not being worked on anymore and RD is basically gone, so I am switching to TorBox. What is the best add on to use with it? Thanks.

So I've been using the peanut ball for over a month now but my pain hasn't changed - I'm still getting it every day. I've been doing the one where you lay on the peanut ball different areas on your back and arms behind your head. It does feel good while doing it, like my back feels like it's releasing tension and can feel a stretch in my chest but then back to normal once finished. I bought a peanut ball because I couldn't find the backpod at a reasonable price. I've had this on and off for several years now, some years I would get the pain and some I would be pain free. This year in particular has been the worst.

My pain is on the left side and it feels like a tight, aching, and sometimes burning pain. Occasionally it can be the right side too or spread to the arm/neck. It comes during rest and there's no set trigger for it. Stretching, moving, and changing positions does seem to relieve it a bit. I have not found any pain in my back. It also does not hurt when I touch it. I have been cleared of cardiac causes too.

I have had a few sessions with a physio, where he's given some exercises but I chose to follow the main ones in this sub instead. He's done hands on work with me, I don't get any pain in my back but I do on the left side of my chest when he presses deep. I am only a university student so don't have much money to see any specialists often.

Is this even costochondritis? Because reading on this sub people also get pain in the back and popping/cracking which I don't have at all. I literally just have pain on the left side of my chest only. It's really annoying because it's making me stay home all day because the pain is uncomfortable. When the pain is bad I also get hot, sweaty, sometimes nauseous. It's tiring and making me sick.

Please if anyone knows what's up I would appreciate the help. Thanks.
