Hi!

so I recently took my ES350 to the repair shop because the check engine light popped. They scanned the misfire code P0305, and after they changed the sparkplugs and coils, they still couldn’t resolve the issue. After doing a compression test on Cylinder 5, they got the measurement 148 PSI, which they suspect is due to a deeper engine issue. I’m just under 120k miles on my car. Is it worth replacing my engine for around 10k? Could there be any other potential issues that could be easier fixes that the shop missed?
