Coming to Amsterdam from U.S. soon and looking for face sunscreen that has all of the great ingredients I can't get in the U.S.! Specifically looking for a matte (or at least not shiny) finish, invisible feel and look. Would consider tinted (I am light-medium cool skintone), mineral or not. Also would love to not spend $$$ - please excuse my ignorance but is skincare sold in drugstores or specialty shops? I saw a post about something only being sold in pharmacies - are those different from drugstores? Thanks for any advice!
