Repost cause I'm stupid and it's early morning and wrote Goblin drop.

​Following my big old post last week about the underhanded and deliberate moves at play for the Ice Cream drop, I went ahead and requested a cancellation which was promptly denied based on Ts and Cs. For those who've done it before, what buttons did you need to press to make it happen? 

Update: I asked that they escalate it to someone who can. ​They just side passed me and copied and pasted the same response. So gross. Can't chargeback because I've spent a lot of money on Arena, not up for getting my account deleted. ​

This feels a bit like the last straw for me. I was up at 1am to make sure I got this drop, based on it being prepared to fulfill the very next day and knowing it would arrive when I need it. No free shipping threshold where I am, so I threw in The Eyes Have It to help justify the $20 (!!!) shipping charge, since it said it would also be fulfilling that day.

To change the fulfil date of a product *after* the date has passed is such bullshit; there is no way they were not aware this would be delayed beforehand. ​​Manufacturing delays are a real thing, but this feels deliberately obfuscatory to me - leave it unsaid to try and sell some more of the Back to School drop to people in exactly the same situation as me before pulling the rug the next day​​. That is gross, and I encourage everyone else who ate this delay to let them hear about it. ​​

Dealing with the usual trauma of trying to be awake at the right time to make a secret lair happen in Korea. Ordinarily the site is down by now, but today its not, which makes me think I have the wrong day or time. Most SLs would drop 8 and a half hours from the time of posting this - are Chaos drops different? Cheers. ​​​​​
