NGD this bird needs a lot before it flies

Got this bird today. I think I paid too much for all that has to be done on it and the state of the horns. Frets are fine (but gunky), finger board needs oil, the electronic must be replaced, the strap pin moved to the neck plate, all the gunk must be removed and lets pray the truss-rod is in good working order. Would love to replace the trem for a bridge master but can't reach Glenn Graff. Would happily replace the trem with a Gotoh but that might be too complex. Does anyone has expirience with this?

Hello, I‘ll be visiting Groningen in a couple of weeks and since I can’t bring my own bike I have to ask if there are any bike rental apps or any other analog options that you could recommend?
