How good is stealing a commander?

Was looking through some more jank piles and found that this can steal commanders. I wonder if there are cheaper versions of this effect.

Anyways I was wondering would you hold open 5 mana to steal a commander, potentially locking the person out of their main strategy or is that a bad idea?

Is this card better than people think?

This seems really powerful, even if this is removed you still get the creature. Im wondering if im crazy but this seems busted, especially in commander where you can protect this and potentially take everyone's stuff

Could this jank be gold?

Saw this and wondered if this is a good place in a commander deck

Tin foil hat time

Disney and hasbro are teaming up for a power rangers reboot, and they now own the rights that Fox had to the old power rangers movie that Fox made.

My hypothesis is that magic is either getting a power ranger set for universes beyond or (which would be more likely) a secret lair with your boy here.

Just learned recently that Ivan ooze rights were owned by Fox, and in 2019, they were acquired by Disney.

Iv come back from the deep

Back from Mercada, it was a great place to party and even wilder stories.

The jank seems pretty bad here, but I feel like in a commander game, you could screw with a player's turn by casting this right before their combat phase

For one mana, this seems really good if you can repeat it somehow

I have a feeling

Seems like this old card is underplayed, any untapped mana allows you to choose the best card and put it on top.

Would you play this? It seems cheap and just sits on the board, not to mention it can shuffle your deck all instant speed.
