Multistrada V4S - linked Brakes?

Been wondering about this for a while as I use pretty much front break exclusively (outside of parking lot speed stuff) - the manual says that rear break is applied if you apply only front, but the front is not applied if rear brake is used. So the question is, in a panic stop, am I good to just mash on the front since the rear will be applied as well?

Hi all,

I got a set of expensive Japanese and German kitchen knives that are in of refreshing . Can any of you recommend a good place that’s not a hardware store or Williams Sonoma as those tend to just drag them through a ChefsEsge machine a couple of times ruining the knives in the process. Looking for someone that does wet stone sharpening and can leave my knives in razor sharp, prestige condition.

I love to cook and having a a nice sharp knife is a must for me.

Thank you in advance.
