Hello, I’m a foreigner in kigali and i am looking for a shop, preferably in town, where i can get my laptop cleaned and repasted.
Since im a foreigner, the locals usually increase the price expecting me to pay more. Can someone tell me what the initial price would be for this and where the store is located? Im mostly in town so it would br better if its located there.
