Hi, is there a specific method or type of extraction tool for this variety of JST?

As you can see, I’ve already broken off the left wing, and I can’t get it to budge by hand or with tweezers or chip extractors.

I was finally able to remove another of this same type after much difficulty and I can’t see any type of lever or release. At a loss…
