I've been looking for a 6th gen Civic for the past year, but so far I've only found lemons. A four door popped up recently with some pretty bad rust on the sills, arches and front fender. Is it worth buying and fixing or keep looking?

The seller wants 800€/USD, but realistically it feels more like a 400-500€ car. I've done some welding before, but this thing looks seriously rotten. The real question is: how bad is it underneath, what's your experience?
