On a family road trip down the south coast of NSW, Australia the other week. Our first EV and our only car for a family of 4 (two parents, two kids under 10).
Really enjoying it so far, two months into ownership — unexpectedly roomy cabin and boot for the size, and very well sized for driving and parking on small inner city streets. Air LR model in Ivory Silver Metallic with subtle blue cloth interior.
Hey folks. Not an ideal location I know, but what would you put in this open shelf spot for low-volume background listening / occasional turntable use (sitting above, on the benchtop)?
I can get a pair of LSX IIs, open box, for touch under $1000USD. Stereo separation is nonexistent in this spot, obviously, so I thought a single speaker (like the Five) might perform better. Looked at the Audio Pro C20 (and going down the WiiM Audio path for other rooms in future) but it’s not reliably distributed here.
Usable space is 49cm W x 24cm H x 32cm D (or higher if I move the records below elsewhere and adjust the shelf height).
I have an IKEA Symfonisk but no other Sonos gear. All-Apple house so would prefer Airplay compatability.
