Any one with Endo/ Adeno - what worked for you?

I’m just wondering what worked for others after an endo/adeno diagnosis. I know everyone is different, but I’d really appreciate hearing what worked — or didn’t work — for others.

One thing I’m struggling to understand is why my doctor doesn’t test or monitor any of the usual inflammation markers before a transfer. My ANA was super high, my CRP was around 5x the upper limit, and my WBC has consistently been elevated every year for as long as I can remember. I was eventually referred to a rheumatologist and had a full immune blood panel done, but nothing specific came out of it. In the end, everything pointed back toward endo.

And honestly, getting the endo diagnosis was largely because I kept pushing for it. No one seemed particularly interested in getting to the bottom of the inflammation, but I really wanted to have that addressed before doing another retrieval.

I had the endo excised in March, but none of these markers have been repeated since surgery. For my FET, the only thing I’m prescribed with my hormones is baby aspirin nothing specifically anti-inflammatory.

I’m not necessarily saying I think inflammation is the reason my transfers failed, but I’m genuinely curious how other clinics approach this. For those with endo/adeno and elevated inflammatory markers, did your doctor monitor anything before/after surgery or before your transfers? Did your treatment plan include anything beyond suppression and the standard FET meds?

I’d really love to hear from people who have actually been through this especially if something changed in your protocol that you feel ultimately made a difference.

I'm 2 failed FETs in & I feel so defeated with a body that's constantly working against me.

Strange question: do fertility medications trigger Bartholin cysts for anyone else?

Has anyone noticed recurrent cysts or swelling in the vulvar area while on fertility medications?

I've had this happen with several different treatments (letrozole, IVF stimulation meds, testosterone priming, etc.), always in roughly the same area. In the past the cysts were on the outer labia, but this cycle—after egg retrieval—I developed a very small (smaller than a pea) painful lump deeper nearthe vaginal opening around the 8 o'clock position. Like always it drained on its own and the pain has mostly resolved.

I'm curious whether anyone else has experienced recurrent Bartholin cysts or vulvar cysts that seem to flare with hormonal changes or fertility treatments. Did your doctor think the hormones were contributing, and did anything help prevent recurrences?

Shortening cycle after lap?

Hi

I had laprascopy for endo (deep infiltrating endo excised on the posterior walls of the uterus) about a month & a week ago. I usually have 30 day cycles. Coming out of my surgery I got my period on day 29 which wasn't too alarming. But then I got another period/bleed in 19 days. The following cycle was 15 days!!

My ovaries also had minimum cysts but they weren't operated on because I'm going in for IVF this year. They did PRP (plasma rich platelet) therapy on my ovaries.

I was wondering if anyone has faced something similar?

My RE is bringing forward my egg retrieval & I feel my body isn't ready because of the changes in the cycle. Has yours ever gotten this short & gone back to your normal range later?

Thank you!
