3 kids 24 mo apart - advice!

Found out I'm pregnant with my third and am feeling anxious and scared - need advice and, honestly, some hype. (For the record: we actively decided to have a third, but the guilt and anxiety crept in when it became real)

My first two are 24 months apart, and this baby will be 24 months apart from the last. (Apparently we are on a schedule).

I'm now worrying about all the things - dynamics with a third, getting through newborn phase, etc. I'd love to hear about your experience from anyone with a similar age gap.

House cleaner recommendations?

I've been dissatisfied with my current cleaners (unreliable, decline in service quality).

Anyone have a great cleaner or cleaning service/ company they recommend? Thanks!

My husband and I are coming up to our 10 year anniversary next year and we'd love to take a special trip. We have two kids - 3 years old and 1 year old.

We are considering going somewhere just the two of us and leaving the kids with grandparents, but I'd also like to explore a trip bringing grandparents with us and having the whole family come.

So, while I'm exploring this option, I'd love to hear:

- any of your best toddler-friendly destinations/ trips? we are flexible pretty much all year

- any tips for traveling with little ones in terms of activities, amenities to consider, etc ?

- anywhere you definitely WOULDN'T go, even if it sounds ok on the surface? (Like I know we're not taking the kids to an Antarctica excursion, but what might you try to avoid?)
