Feeling frustrated!

I feel like I’m going insane. Healthcare here
Is so expensive and as a private patient I pay between €70-€120 depending on if I need to get my bloods done etc. To cut a long story short the gp I go to has a medical receptionist who literally does not understand English, it’s a constant battle whenever I ring to try and get her to understand. I complained about this but haven’t heard anything back. How can such a person be hired in such an important job but yet can’t understand basic English. I’ve been with the same gp for over 20years and now I feel like I just have to change because it’s an added stress I do not need in my life. Anybody else have similar experiences?
