My favorite line in the article is the last one. "At the time of writing, Otis still hadn't informed her husband of the abortion.” So for this to be true that means that she released this information to a magazine before telling him. My great room has the above configuration of slider and windows and looks out into my glass and screen porch. The door iis never used as it is blocked by the furniture in the porch and entry to the porch is via another door.

As shown the top of the windows are approximately 95 inches off the floor and the top of the slider is approximately 84 inches tall. There’s a 27 inch wall below each window and 7 inches between the door and windows each window is 40 inch wide and the door is 72 inches wide.

Currently I have semi sheer curtains mounted above the windows and across the full length of the wall. I have grown tired of them but I just can’t figure out a better way to address it. I hate verticals - if they even are a thing anymore. I thought about plantation shutters but I am not convinced they go in a more tradition home and they will probably be a fortune. I considered Roman Shades for the windows but they would be decorative and full window length so I would not see through to the porch. Then the slider is the problem.

So what to do? I also considered sheer shades, Think they may look odd on the slider and I am having hard time getting past the chopped up look if I went that route.

The other thing that hit me was she said she used to be the kind of mom that would just put permanent marker on everything - slap it on and call it a day. That is a scary thing for someone who is a nurse to admit. I would double and triple check my meds from her.

I only showed Austin in this shot but both boys are playing ball with Austin. One has a glove and mitt and a base and the other a Tee ball stand. They are outside Me-Me in the fresh air having a catch with Dad and Mom is with them. These are the core memories that you two idiots should be building instead of making the precious kids perform.
