Becoming a grief counselor?

I’m 27 and currently work in marketing, which i fell into entirely accidentally and dislike. I’ve been thinking about becoming a grief counselor for a long time, but I have absolutely no idea where to start or what to look for.

Do different masters programs/schools offer specialities? Is there a “best program” for grief counseling specifically? I read that there is value in getting some sort of clinical experience before applying—is there any job or volunteer experience that would help me get onto the right path for grief counseling?

Many thanks for any advice—I don’t know anyone IRL who has any clue where I should begin, and I’m feeling a little overwhelmed by the sheer number of variables involved.

Exposed, now what ? + metrix testing timing

I was exposed maskless to someone who tested positive the next morning—he was likely on day 3 since his exposure when i saw him.

We were unmasked in a car together and outside together for quite a while, so i am definitely exposed. I was last vaccinated exactly 2months ago. I did a xylitol and saline nasal irrigation last night after seeing him, once this morning, and again two hours later. Same with CPC mouthwash

What other preventative measures can i take to try to mitigate viral load? when should i take a metrix test? I have two tests right now.

I’m knitting the easy polo tee by easy as knit, and the pattern has a 1x1 rib on the bottom of the shirt before casting off. I don’t really want a ribbed finish, but this is knit in stockinette in the round so the bottom edge is curling.

Are there any other binding off methods that would hold the work flat (instead of curled from stockinette)? This is my first time working in the round, so all advice is appreciated! :)
