What baffles you most about lead guitar players you've worked with?
Being the singer of a few bands over the years I've always found the brains of lead guitarists interesting. sometimes out right baffling. For example; Having multiple pedals that do the same thing on the same pedal board. How many overdrives do you need? Or Endlessly noodling instead actually learning the structure of a song. Then when you ask them about a change in the song they just show you a lick instead the chords.
I can think of many more, but I want to know what everyone else has experienced with lead guitar players they worked with.
