Feeling not motivated to work in pharmacy anymore
I’ve only just started working in a pharmacy after looking for a job everywhere. The one I work at is an online pharmacy so I didn’t realise it until later on that I was limiting myself from experiencing more things in pharmacy. It’s a small place to work at and most days I’m the only dispenser working there I have no knowledge about pharmacy and I wanted to do an apprenticeship to gain some qualifications but this pharmacy doesn’t seem to be a good idea to start it I’ve been told by another coworker. Everything in my work place is old school routine. I constantly get yelled at for anything makes me wanna cry and just leave.
I don’t want to stay here while doing a course that would be mean I would have to stay a year or two.
I’ve been told that the coursework will be about retail pharmacy situations but nothing like online since I don’t interact with anyone.
What should I do?
