It's my first year correcting and I'm shocked by the tight deadlines and demands. People told me it was intense but I thought id have a bit more flexibility with deadlines. Will it get any better?

I got the forms to correct the JC RE exams in the post and it says after filling them out to return them in the prepaid envelope. There was no prepaid envelope with my letter. What address do I return the forms to?
