Trying it a different way

Am F 35 years old looking for friendship... I am half American half Dutch. Been living in the Netherlands since i was 17 years old only since i became a mom i lost alot of friends... Plus for some reason i have beter connection to non Dutch people then actual Dutch people... Sounds wierd i know but its true .. miss my American friends and family so going to try to learn new people this way.
