I am using a jotform for a collaborative project.so far, besides testing it myself, 2 participants have used it with no problems.

The form includes a mandatory terms and conditions widget,

One participant says she cannot check the terms and condition box even after clicking on the accompanying link.

While signed in to my workspace, I had the jotform AI check my form for errors: none.

Is there some common error she is encountering that i should tell her about?
