Ate half a grape

50 pound husky ate half a grape and his vet is closed. Should I call the emergency vet?
So let me begin by saying I understand asking reddit for medical/food advice is "crazy" but my wife and I are beginning to worry about the information coming from the vet (as the vet has told me they have not seen many huskies in their history) and we wanted to see if anyone is dealing or has dealt with similar as I kbow the vet is truly trying to help. I will do my best to summarize the situation as best I can as simply as I can.
We have an 18 month old husky who we adopted when he was 14 months old. Upon adopting him from his old owner (who strictly fed him a raw diet), we noticed his medical records thru petsmart showed he was constantly dealing with loose stool since he got the husky when he was 12 weeks old. We transitioned him from a raw diet to a kibble diet at the request of the vet to try to fix his loose stool issue which was causing anal gland infections.
The kibble did not fix this issue as the stool was still a bit loose and was not "draining the anal gland". The vet did blood work and everything was normal aside from a "very high" eosinophils count (or however it is said). The vet said it seems like a food allergy as everything else was good. We slowly transitioned him to a hydrolized diet of that same protein (per the vets request) that was in the kibble and stool got dramatically worse and did not improve after 2+ weeks. We slowly transitioned to a new hydrolized protein and the same thing happened with no improvements after multiple weeks. The vet had us go back to the original hydorolized protein mix and still horrible diarrhea that was the equivalent of turning on a faucet with not a single piece to pick up as it was so runny (sorry for the details but felt it was appropriate). The husky has been taking Proviable consistently this entire time with the new diets as well. Recently the vet put him on tylosin tartrate and after 10 days the stool is finally firming up a bit but still very soft, very mucusy, and still runny at the back end of the stool or any other stools past the first one of the day.
To my wife and I it feels like the food itself is not the issue as it has been nearly 3 months on a hydrolized diet and the only sign of improvements was when tylosin tartrate was introduced after 7 days of taking the powder. The firmest the huskies stool has ever been by a very substantial margin was off of the hydrolized diet. Also I forgot to mention since being on the hydrolized diet the stool has gone from a "normal" brown to a very bright mustard color every single time (even still with the tylosin tartrate). The vet would like to keep things as they are for a month which I understand but my wife and I were wondering if maybe it is best to move back to the kibble that was producing the firmest stool while staying on the tylosin tartrate.
Now I am still going to speak to our vet about any decision, but I just wanted to get the opinions of other husky owners. At the end of the day I just want what is best for our husky but it seems like what is happening now is doing very little for him (anal gland infections have not left either). The final bit of information is on the original kibble the husky was pooping on average of 2 times per 3 mile walk (4 poops a day) to now barely pooping at all a single time per day.
Sorry for the long post but I appreciate any/all input and opinions.
Edit* I just realized I did not include during the husky's original kibble he was getting snacks and treats from all types of protein sources like chicken, salmon, and beef. He was never moved to a specific protein only until he began the hydrolized diet. So it is possible he was fine with the original kibble but one of the additional proteins given as treats was causing a mild allergic reaction leading to softer stools. Also the husky had a GI panel done and the B12 came back over 1200 and Folate over 20 which is why he was put on the tylosin
So our husky has recently started to lung and snip at my 4 year old. The 4 year old will occasionally pet him but usually just ignores him all together just like my 8 year old. For whatever reason the last 3 weeks whenever the 4 year old walks past or near him he will lung at him and give him a "small bite" that does not usually leave a mark, let along break skin. It does hurt per the 4 year old and skin turns red from it. He has never harassed the dog or really bothered it at all. He does not do this with my wife, myself, or the 8 year old. Does anyone have any tips or recommendations as to what we should do? The husky is 17 months old and we adopted him at 14 months.
So for context we have had our Husky for just under 3 months now. Prior to the last 10 days he was always waking up with us around 7 am. The past 10 days or so he is waking up at 4:30- 5 am and crying to go outside. When we let him out back he just goes and lays down in the grass and does not use the bathroom at all. Nothing has changed habit or food wise from what was originally happening prior to these 10 days. Due to where we live I cannot just put in a dog door to let himself out as he loves to dig and will dig himself out of the backyard.

I thought maybe it was an energy/bathroom issue so I have added an additional walk at 10:30 pm (prior his final walk was at 7 pm and never had an issue). Has anyone else experienced this? He is eating the same as normal, stool is the same, energy burnt during the day is the same with him all but passing out at bedtime. We are debating calling the vet but with nothing changing aside from the time he wakes up, I am not sure if a call does anything.
As a local here in Orlando, I go to Disney World all the time and know the FL weather very well. We are going to Disneyland for the first time in a few weeks and the weather is projecting to be in the mid 80s with a feels like 89 for the hottest day. This may sound like a dumb question but can someone explain if their is a difference between a FL "feels like 89" and a cali one? I know humidity is a lot worse here but it shows 50% when we are visiting there too, so is it really that big of a difference? Any/all feedback is appreciated and feel free to provide as much information/examples as you would like.
I know it is still a bit too early to know exaxtly what weather will be, but it is showing as one day being high of 81 (feels like 86) with 47% humidity.
My wife and I have tested countless boots/shoes for our 16 month old husky but his paws are just too large for any of them. He is my first husky but with as much as it rains where I am mixed with how hot summers can get, we want to get him something he can wear to protect his paws. Does anyone have any recommendations? I was looking through the reddit page and cannot really find any answers/recommendations. We plan to take him on later walks when sun is down come summertime but every so often he just needs to go in the middle of the day and we want to be prepared. I appreciate all help/insight.
The title sort of says it all, but I am a big guy at 6'5 320....is that too heavy for a syberian husky to pull?
If anyone in here is a bit bigger, is there a bike you like? I can never truly find a bike that fits me well and is comfortable for more than a few minute.
