Should I get rid of any wants?

Always heard you should list your wants, then get rid of the bottom few/half. Im looking to buy, in the south, <350k. Below are my 'wants'...what can I be more flexible about? What 'wants' did you have that you ultimately settled without? Anything I should add?

2 bathrooms

Space in kitchen

Ample Parking

greater than 1200sqft

Planning for new vehicle 6 months- year from now. Stay with Subaru or not? Need convincing

I currently own a '15 crosstrek limited and I love it. 2nd owner and have had it sonce 2016. Its in decent shape but I believe its almost time for something new. I would like something a little larger, SAFE, fun to drive, AWD, decent mpg, & a comparable trim. The options are overwhelming. I know i do not want a Kia, Hyundai, Honda, or Jeep. Basically I'm torn between staying with subaru or expanding to other brands, I just need to be convinced that there is something 'better' out there that checks all of the boxes. Budget is around 30-35k ideally but 40-50k if its perfect.

I have an open offer for a job at a competitor company. Same title, same responsibility. Currently i am overworked and underpaid. I want this new job, but Im hesistant to risk the security i have at my current one. The offer is essentially ask for what I want and im conflicted on the number to give. I currently make ~ 98k salary and fully remote. What would it take for you to make the switch and what would you be cautious of?
