photos blurry sorry im not home but this is the only photo i could find, ive had it for about since 2019 and its fairly clean, i dont play it much but ive updated it about 12 times and it still the same size update with the same crap, what do i do?

they are all from the same front number i dont know of, how do i stop these, i dont get rung when they call but its getting irritating.
