Hoboken contracts with Axon
A reminder for this community that Hoboken signed a half million dollar+ contracts last fall with Axon Enterprises for ALPRs (license plate readers) and drones and surveillance vehicles.

You can also look into Skydio drones and see where they have been tested for use before being sold to police departments and militaries across the world.
I would also love to organize a community meeting to discuss these and build some solidarity about approaching the city. Open to thoughts.
I never presume to be safe from surveillance (hi Im using an iPhone) but I do believe we should be knowledgeable and do what we can to prevent insane overreach.
