Hi everyone,

Yesterday at approximately 6:15 pm while I was on my run in East Rock Park I encountered a young hispanic male who was masturbating just off Farnham Drive and slightly past the East Rock Road bridge. He was standing in the woods just against the guard rail, completely visible. He was wearing a white cut off t shirt, black ripped jeans and had short dark brown hair. There was a report filed earlier in the day about a similar situation and I believe it was the same individual. Please be careful. This was in broad daylight and there were several women and children around.
