Single Room Apartment

Hey y'all. I made a bunch of small renders of my apartment because I am a bit lost and don't know what to do with this space. It's pretty small and the layout is not ideal. I just know that I don't want my desk in front of the window anymore because I keep the blinds shut at all times and don't have good access to the windows this way.
The first image is how I have it currently laid out and then I just tried a bunch of variations digitally. Personally, I think the last 2D layout (image 4) makes the most sense with the console at the window but I have looked at so many variations that I am not trusting myself anymore on this.

For reference of what the objects are, i included a 3D render on the last image. Also, this is my landlords furniture so I can't really do all that much to change things although I wish I had more useful furniture and space. The kitchen is indeed open, there is no door there. The only door in the layout leads to a tiny hallway and the bathroom (essentially the apartment would be a rectangle and not an L if I drew in the hallway and bathroom).
I don't have a TV but I got this big TV console, it is what it is. On my desk there is obviously my computer, monitors etc.
On the trolley is my small microwave oven because it couldn't fit in the tiny kitchen.

Would appreciate any input and will happily answer any questions, thank you.
