Just wanted to share my little success story here, hoping it might help someone who is currently struggling with their job search.

Hiring Cafe made my job search so much easier. For almost every role I was interested in, I would send connection requests to around 20–30 people from that company. The entire job search took me roughly a month.
There were times when I genuinely didn’t know when or how things would work out. I never imagined that one day I’d be writing a success story about getting an opportunity like this.
So if you’re searching right now, please don’t lose hope because people aren’t replying or applications are getting rejected. Keep applying, keep reaching out, keep asking for referrals. You don’t need 20 people to say yes. Sometimes you just need one referral to open the right door.
