Premium F&B brand on a nightlife street: genuine content or food influencers?
I’m working through a marketing challenge and would love to hear how others would approach it.
Imagine a high-level burger/F&B brand located on a street known mainly for nightlife. The product and experience are strong, but the challenge is getting people to think of the place as a food destination rather than somewhere they simply pass on their way to bars or clubs.
If you were building the campaign, where would you put the weight?
Would you focus heavily on genuine, almost documentary-style content, real kitchen workflow, preparation, ingredients, staff, customers, the actual food experience, to build credibility and make people crave the product?
Or would you bring food bloggers/influencers into the mix to create faster awareness and social proof?
Or is the strongest strategy a combination of both?
Especially interested in hearing from anyone who has worked with restaurants in highly competitive nightlife areas. What actually drove people through the door rather than just generating views?
