OCD Specialist tecommendations?
I'm looking for recommendations for OCD therapists in Toronto or anywhere in Ontario if they do virtual sessions.
There are so many therapists who claim to specialize in OCD, it's really hard to separate the wheat from the chaff. I'm looking for someone who is actually well-versed in various treatment approaches (I-CBT, ACT etc.) beyond basic Exposure and Response Prevention therapy.
Any recommendations would be truly appreciated!
