Pet peeve about drugs messaging

After a couple of years away noticed this messaging last year on signs about there being "no safe amount" which does just feel a bit disengenous - not anti promoting better awareness amongst festival goers but it's simply not a statement based on truth.

Realise this might be related to licensing / reputation management but either the same logic should be applied to all substance use - including alcohol - OR recognize that people can and do use this stuff in a safe way and that's what should be promoted.

Does this irk anyone else or is it just me becoming a miserable old git?

Female Kitten driving me spare

Hi all - got a female kitten whose coming up for 6 months who's due to get spayed next week.

Over the past month or two she's gone full "naughty phase" and started coming into heat regularly. This manifests as:

Regularly digging in plant plots

Leaving little puddles of pee/spray everywhere

When in heat loud near continuous yowling,

Zooming round the house and knocking various items over

My question is how much will she calm down post spay or should I prepare myself for having to manage some behaviors still? Any tips on the above would be welcome as it's become exhausting
