Cap One not recognizing airline transfer membership #
Has anyone had this issue before? I just created the Virgin account yesterday. Cap one is not letting me proceed to do the transfer. Giving me a “please verify your membership” error.

No Option to “Pay Remaining Statement Balance”
I really like the venture, it’s a great card. But I have never worked with a bank that didn’t have the option to pay off the rest of your statement balance.
Capital One wants you to manually calculate this on your own, which they know is more likely to lead to accidental underpayments.
Apparently this feature used to exist on the app, but was removed. Does anyone else find this shady?
